Quick reference
| Account type | Personal (IMAP) |
|---|---|
| Username | Your full email address |
| Incoming server (IMAP) | imap.stackmail.com |
| Outgoing server (SMTP) | smtp.stackmail.com |
Tip: if the app asks for ports or security types, use IMAP port 993 with SSL, and SMTP port 465 with SSL/TLS. The full list of settings is in our Outlook mobile guide.
Troubleshooting
If Gmail cannot add the account, check that your email address and password are correct and that the incoming server is imap.stackmail.com and the outgoing server is smtp.stackmail.com. If you see a certificate warning, read how to fix the certificate name mismatch error.
