Want your Mamdali Technology business email on your phone? Setting up business email in Outlook mobile takes only a few minutes. This guide shows you how to add your mailbox to Outlook on Android and iPhone / iPad.
Step 1: Get the Outlook app
If you don’t have it yet, download Microsoft Outlook for free from your phone’s app store:
Step 2: Add your business email in Outlook mobile
- Open the Outlook app on your mobile device.
- Enter the email address of the mailbox you want to use, then select Add Account.
- When asked to choose the type of mailbox, select IMAP (you will find it under Advanced).
- Enter the settings shown in the table below, then save to finish.

Tip: replace example@yourdomain.com with your own email address, and make sure the username is your full email address, not just the part before the @.

Troubleshooting
If Outlook cannot sign in, check that your email address and password are typed correctly and that the incoming server is imap.stackmail.com and the outgoing server is smtp.stackmail.com. If you see a security warning about the certificate, read how to fix the certificate name mismatch error.
